Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 30, 2020, Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing positive topline results in its clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of oral rimegepant 75 mg for the preventive treatment of migraine in both episodic and chronic migraine patients, and on March 30, 2020, members of management of the Company held a conference call to discuss these results. Copies of the press release and an investor presentation that accompanied the conference call are furnished herewith as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
