Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (BRKA) said Thursday it raised its stake in Bank of America, Inc. (BAC) to 10.4%.

Berkshire Hathaway said it now held 950 million shares outstanding. The company last reported a stake of 896.2 million on March 31.

Berkshire made the announcement in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the period ending July 17.
