The custom bike features a springer front end, rigid frame, spoke wheels, S&S Knucklehead engine and a signature Perewitz paint job.

"Creating custom motorcycles is a true passion of mine, and I take a lot of pride in building each and every one of these bikes," said Perewitz. "I'm thrilled to once again partner with Allstate, a company that has been a true champion for motorcycle safety awareness and rider protection, to make this unique bike available for one lucky person to enjoy."

Last year, Allstate teamed with Perewitz to give away a custom Pro Street style motorcycle designed by the bike builder. "These custom bike giveaways provide Allstate with yet another avenue to spread the ever- important message of motorcycle safety to help protect riders," said Lisa Cochrane, vice president of marketing for Allstate. "We remain committed to raising awareness for this issue and look forward to rewarding someone with a beautiful, custom motorcycle designed by one of the most talented bike builders in the country."
