On August 4,
2020, Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (the
“Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company
released its financial results for the three and six months ended
June 30, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit
99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
In connection
with this press release, on August 4, 2020, the Company posted
certain supplemental information regarding the Company’s operations
for the three and six months ended June 30, 2020 on its
