Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 24, 2023, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Viatris Inc. (the “Company”) announced it has reduced the size of the Board to 11 directors, effective after the Company’s 2023 annual meeting of shareholders to be held on December 15, 2023 (the “Annual Meeting”), and that Pauline van der Meer Mohr will retire from the Board effective December 15, 2023 and has not been nominated for re-election at the Annual Meeting.
