On March 6, 2024, the Board of Directors of SpartanNash Company approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.2175 per common share. The dividend will be paid on March 28, 2024, to its shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 14, 2024.

SpartanNash Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – March 7, 2024 – Food solutions company SpartanNash (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: SPTN) today announced that on March 6, 2024, its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.2175 per common share, representing a 1.2% increase from its fiscal 2023 quarterly cash dividend of $0.2150. The dividend will be paid on March 28, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 14, 2024. As of March 6, 2024, there were 34,469,289 common shares outstanding.
