Palmer has joined the organization as executive vice
president of Sapiens' Retirement Services practice.

Palmer was most recently MassMutual's senior vice president of
the Retirement Services and Worksite Marketing division, where he
was responsible for driving the retirement technology vision,
strategy and execution during a period of historic growth. He
brings more than 30 years of business, technology, insurance, and
retirement services experience to Sapiens. The breadth and depth of
his expertise makes Palmer the ideal executive to direct Sapiens'
strong and growing Retirement Services practice and offering.
In addition to his position with MassMutual, Palmer held
numerous positions with Lincoln Financial Group, including vice
president and CIO of Retirement Services. He was responsible for
spearheading the strategic direction for both business and IT
operations. Earlier in his career, Palmer worked at Computer
Sciences Corporation and Unum.
