On March 24 , 2010 , Morningstar, Inc., an Illinois corporation, issued a press release announcing that Morningstar Australasia Pty Limited, an Australian subsidiary of Morningstar, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Aegis Equities Research, a leading provider of independent research in Sydney, Australia, from Aegis Equities Holdings Pty Ltd.  A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1.
