(NASDAQ:MCRS), and a leading software developer for the hospitality industry, is pleased to announce that Trump Taj Mahal Casino and Resort has renewed its investment in HSI with a major upgrade of its HSI Profit Series Point-of-Sale (POS) software. Trump Taj Mahal Casino and Resort chose to upgrade the HSI Profit Series POS system to take advantage of a single database used to process point-of- sale transactions in its restaurants, bars, retail shops, box office, beauty salon and parking garage. Guest charges are seamlessly interfaced to the property management system and posted to the guest folio. In all, the HSI Profit Series POS application is installed in more than 20 outlets, on more than 110 workstations throughout the property. Under the terms of the agreement, HSI has provided new file servers with Microsoft Failover Cluster for Windows 2003, external data storage and 21 new workstations. Using Microsoft Failover Clustering on the file servers allows server redundancy in the event of hardware failure, allowing the system to remain operational at all times.
