therapeutics, today announced the closing of a public offering of
20,250,000 shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants to
purchase up to 2,250,000 shares of its common stock. The gross
proceeds to Leap from this offering were approximately $45 million, before deducting underwriting
discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by
Leap.
