Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The shares are owned by the Blake Ross Family Trust, dated 5/4/2012, for which the Reporting Person is the trustee and has voting and dispositive power over the shares.
(2)	The number of outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer decreased due to the Issuer's redemption of certain of its stockholders' shares (as disclosed in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Issuer on January 11, 2023), which resulted in the Reporting Person's ownership surpassing 10% of the outstanding Class A Common Stock. Accordingly, the Reporting Person is filing this Form 3 because the Reporting Person became a beneficial owner of more than 10% of the outstanding Class A Common Stock solely as a result of a change in the aggregate number of outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer.
