Interactive Intelligence (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of
unified IP business communications solutions, has introduced a new
packaged, fixed-price set of professional services offered with the
company�s all-in-one IP communications software suite for
enterprises and contact centers.
�We�ve assembled a set of well-defined, fixed-cost packages
based on best practices we�ve gleaned from thousands of global
professional services engagements over the last decade and a half,�
said Interactive Intelligence vice president of worldwide customer

The new packaged services are available immediately, and are

scheduling; and speech-enabled interactive voice response.
