Adapt Receives Conquest Award from Interactive Intelligence Fifth Year in a Row

Interactive Intelligence (Nasdaq: ININ) reseller, Adapt
Telephony Services, received its fifth consecutive Conquest Award
for signing the most new customers during the previous 12-month
award period. Adapt outperformed more than 300 Interactive
Intelligence resellers to claim the award.
As an Elite partner, Adapt is qualified to sell the Interactive
Intelligence all-in-one IP communications software suite, as well
as provide configuration, installation, training and support
services to its joint customers.
�Adapt has helped us raise our level of customer satisfaction
through its in-depth understanding of the Interactive Intelligence

Adapt has been an Interactive Intelligence reseller since 1997.
Since that time it has won a total of seven Conquest Awards.
Additional Interactive Intelligence awards won by the company
include two Vision Awards for best application of the vendor�s
software; a Pinnacle Award for largest single revenue deal; and a
Pace Setter Award for most revenue overall.
In 2007 and 2008, Adapt also achieved Interactive Intelligence
Platinum Elite partner status. Platinum Elite partners meet
