Hudson IT Launches Healthcare Technology Services
October 20 2010 - 8:00AM
To address the recent growth in demand for electronic medical
records (EMR), Hudson IT today announced the launch of a new
healthcare information technology (HIT) practice. With an emphasis
on staffing mid-to-senior level healthcare roles, the practice is
designed to help hospitals and related agencies identify the
appropriate resources necessary to fulfill meaningful use
requirements, as well as implement prevailing software solutions
such as Eclipsys©, MEDITECH©, McKesson©, Siemens©, Cerner© and
Epic©.
The practice is led by Evan Keene, vice president of consulting
services, and includes a tandem recruiting team with more than 20
years of combined experience in healthcare IT, recruiting and
consulting. Services are provided locally in the Chicago area, as
well as any of Hudson's U.S.-based offices including: Baltimore,
Boston, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, New York, Orlando,
Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Raleigh and Tampa.
"With the recent changes in healthcare compliance, the need for
highly-skilled and multi-disciplined HIT professionals has never
been greater. Hudson's team of expert healthcare recruiters can
quickly identify top talent ranging from project managers and HIT
software specialists to programmers and security risk analysts
resulting in value and time savings for organizations looking to
augment their staff and ramp up quickly for critical EMR
initiatives," said Keene.
Hudson's HIT practice also provides staffing, recruiting and
project management services for projects such as HIPAA compliance,
patient accounting and hospital billing, facilities management, IT
strategy, systems integration and applications management and
implementation. Healthcare IT case studies are viewable on the
company's website at http://us.hudson.com/IT.
