Item 8.01		— Other Events

Harris Interactive Inc. (the “Company”) and Frank E. Forkin mutually agreed that he would leave his position as the Company’s President of North America Client Services, effective March 5, 2010. Mr. Forkin has provided, and has agreed to continue to provide, assistance in the orderly transition of his responsibilities to senior management.
