Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On August 5, 2019, Digital Turbine, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. The text of that announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
