Crosstex Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: XTXI) (the Corporation) announced
today that Barry E. Davis, President and Chief Executive Officer,
will present at the 2011 Citi North American Credit Conference
in New York at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time on Tuesday,
November 15.
