five-year extension to its sponsorship agreement with Crocs, Inc.
(NASDAQ:CROX). Crocs will continue on as the "Official Tour Title
Sponsor and exclusive footwear sponsor of the AVP Tour" as well as
extending the AVP Crocs Cup through 2012. "Extending our title
