Bite, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX), today announced the use of Crocs proprietary closed cell resin material, Croslite, in the footbeds of select Bite Footwear products. Retailers can view the new line up of products, which will be available to consumers in Spring 2008, at the Bite Footwear booth #32840 at the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market in Salt Lake City from August 9-12, 2007. The Adventure 3-in-1 Series sandals (MSRP $79.99-$99.99) will be the first Bite Footwear products to feature Crocs unique Croslite material, which is known for its lightweight, anti-microbial, waterproof, and odor-resistant properties. Available in two styles each for men and women, and perfect for the adventure traveler, this series transforms from a one-piece sandal into three possible footwear options. One of the mens styles, the Chinook, features Bites patent-pending Adjustable Strapping System to individualize the fit to the foot. It can also be easily changed from an athletic light-hiker into an easy-on, easy-off slide, and further adjusts into a beach flip-flop. We are excited to introduce Crocs proprietary material, Croslite, into Bite Footwear products, further expanding the benefits of our material into new markets, said Ron Snyder, CEO of Crocs. Crocs continues its commitment to provide comfortable, versatile and functional footwear to our broad range of consumers. Bite Footwear is operated under Bite, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Crocs, Inc., and is a leader in comfortable and supportive performance shoes and sports sandals.
