RECENT DEVELOPMENTS

 

Financial Update and Preliminary Financial Information for the Year Ended December 31, 2023

 

Through the date of this prospectus supplement, we have sold or agreed to sell approximately $16.8 million in aggregate gross proceeds of our shares under the sales agreement.

 

We have not finalized our financial statements as of and for the year ended December 31, 2023. Based on our current estimates, we expect to report that we had cash, cash equivalents, and investments of approximately $20.9 million as of December 31, 2023, which includes $13.7 million in cash and cash equivalents. The actual amounts that we report will be subject to our financial closing procedures and any final adjustments that may be made prior to the time our financial results for the year ended December 31, 2023 are finalized and filed with the SEC.
