against the board of directors of Cardiovascular Systems, Inc.
("CSII" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: CSII), concerning whether the

In July 2015, CSII disclosed the
unsealing of a whistleblower lawsuit filed in 2013. The suit,

and made sham payments.
On January 21, 2016, the Company
announced its revenues for the second fiscal quarter of 2016 were
below expectations.

Court for the Central District of California, Case No. 2:16-cv-01011
