(COPS Magic Quadrant).
The COPS Magic Quadrant examines 16 vendors of IT services for
business communications systems in North America and is a guide for
midsize and large multinational companies (MNCs) to identify and
evaluate vendors that deliver IT services in support of enterprise
communications and connectivity. The IT services covered in this
Magic Quadrant include maintenance and support, consulting,

The evaluation criteria used for the COPS Magic Quadrant
considered vendors’ ability to execute. Gartner examines the
processes, methods, and procedures that enable providers to deliver
these services as well as the completeness of vision surrounding
market direction, innovation, customer needs, and competitive
forces.
