Micheletti, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will participate in two investor conferences in February 2013. Details regarding these events are as follows:

FIG Partners' 4th Annual West Coast Bank CEO Forum - February 6-7 Intercontinental Hotel, San Francisco, California

Mr. Micheletti will participate in a panel discussion on Thursday, February 7, at 8:55 a.m. PST and will be available for one-on-one conversations with interested investors.

Sterne Agee 2013 Financial Institutions Investor Conference - February 11-13 Doral Golf Resort & Spa, Miami, Florida

Mr. Garrabrants will present at this event and will participate in meetings with institutional investors during the conference.
