hold an Investor & Analyst Conference at the NASDAQ MarketSite
at 4 Times Square, New York, NY on
August 8, 2012. The meeting is open
to all interested investors and analysts and will provide
presentations on Company growth strategies, new industry
technologies and trends, details on current and future product line
opportunities as well as an overview of the worldwide markets for
those products.

changes occurring in our industry, the opportunities they present
to ARRIS, and to share the progress we are making toward achieving

The meeting will start at 8:00 AM
EDT on August 8th with
comments from Stanzione, followed by discussions with other members
of the ARRIS executive management team. There will be
adequate time for questions and answers during all presentations.
The meeting will end at approximately 11:00
AM so that participants can make travel plans that
afternoon. All travel and hotel accommodations will be the
