The Board is pleased to confirm that it has been notified that Dunadd Asset Management Limited, a company connected to Mr Peter Wylie, a Director of the Company, has completed the purchase of 47,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 85p per share on the 26(th) April in an off market transaction:

Following the transaction above Dunadd Asset Management Limited now holds 60,347 Ordinary Shares representing 1.83 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
