Other Events.

On July 12, 2023, the board of directors of Blue Ridge Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to forego the declaration and payment of a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock in the third quarter of 2023. The decision was based on the desire to preserve capital and available cash.
