This option vests and becomes exercisable as to 19,999 shares on July 21, 2012, which is the first anniverary of the reporting person's employment with the issuer, and as to approximately 1/48th of the balance of the shares subject to this option on August 21, 2012 and each monthly anniversary thereafter such that all of the shares subject to this option have fully vested and become exercisable as of July 21, 2016, subject to continued service with the issuer.
