Zoom Video Communications Inc. has added Janet Napolitano to its board of directors, the San Jose, Calif.-based video-conferencing company said Monday.

Ms. Napolitano was governor of Arizona from 2003 until 2009, and led the Department of Homeland Security from 2009 until 2013. She was president of the University of California from 2013 until 2020.
