Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On March 31, 2020 David Chen resigned as the Chief Operating Officer of XT Energy Group, Inc. (the “Corporation”) due to personal health reasons, and on the same date Ou Qiang, Age 31, was appointed to serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation. From August 2013 through May 2018 Mr. Qiang served as a Personnel Specialist in the United State Navy. Amongst other distinguished accomplishments, while with the Navy Mr. Qiang managed personnel payroll for over 500 human resource transactions monthly for 200 to 250 personnel in Shore, Sea and Overseas Duty Stations. Since May 2018 Mr. Qiang has been serving as a Personnel Specialist in the United State Navy Reserves.
