The chief executive of General Dynamics Corp. (GD) said the company expects to generate a bit more than $40.7 billion in revenue in 2020, up 4% from last year.

Phebe Novakovic, CEO of the defense contractor and aerospace company, also told analysts that General Dynamics believes it will earn a profit of $12.55 to $12.60 a share in 2020.

The company reported a profit of $3.48 billion, or $11.98 a share, on $39.35 billion in revenue in 2019.
