ServiceNow to Join S&P 500, Shares Trading Higher

Shares of ServiceNow Inc. (NOW) are trading higher in Monday's
after-hours market, following news the company will join the
S&P 500 prior to the start of trading Thursday.
At 5:56 p.m. EST, the shares of the cloud computing company had
risen 3.6% to trade at $275.90. Volume in the after-hours session
topped 91,000 shares. Year to date, shares are up 49%.
ServiceNow shares finished Monday's regular trading session with
a 2.44% gain, to close at $266.31.
ServiceNow is replacing Celgene Corp. (CELG), which is leaving
the S&P 500 due to its sale to Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.
(BMY).
