Citi Appointed as Depositary Bank for JSC “National atomic company “Kazatomprom” GDR Program

Citi’s Issuer Services business, acting through Citibank, N.A.,
has been appointed by Joint Stock Company “NAC “Kazatomprom” (“JSC
“National atomic company ”Kazatomprom” or “JSC “NAC “Kazatomprom”
or “Kazatomprom”) as depositary bank for its Global Depositary
Receipt (“GDR”) programs. Kazatomprom’s Regulation S GDRs trade on
the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”) under the symbol “KAP” and on the
Astana International Exchange (“AIX”) under the symbol “KAP.Y” and
Rule 144A GDRs under the symbol “KAP”. Each GDR represents one (1)
ordinary share of Kazatomprom. Kazatomprom’s ordinary shares are
also listed and trade on AIX in Kazakhstan under symbol “KAP”.
