ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 19, 2018, Allen Finkelson notified Range Resources Corporation (the "Company") of his intention to retire from the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") effective December 31, 2018. Pursuant to the same notification, Mr. Finkelson also indicated his intention to resign from the Governance and Nominating Committee on that same date. Mr. Finkelson’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company or its management with respect to any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
