Italy Minister Refers ArcelorMittal-Ilva Deal to Anti-Corruption Agency -Il Sole 24 Ore

--Italy's minister of economic development, Luigi Di Maio, has
referred the acquisition of steelmaker Ilva by a joint venture
headed by ArcelorMittal to the country's anti-corruption authority,
Il Sole 24 Ore reports.
--Mr. Di Maio has asked the authority to investigate to make
sure that the bid--which was approved by a previous government and
won out against a rival offer from consortium Acciaitalia--was
fair, the newspaper says.
