The Register of Members of the Company has been updated to reflect the issuance of the new shares. As at the date hereof, there are 209,578,173 common shares issued by the Company, each with a par value of USD 0.01. The new shares are validly and legally issued, fully paid and non-assessable and will become listed tomorrow.
