On March 14, 2018, Canterbury Park Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.07 per share, payable January 15, 2018, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 30, 2018.
