FTN Financial Capital Markets Continues To Expand Municipal Bond Efforts

FTN Financial Capital Markets continues to expand its public
finance practice with the hiring of Ajay Thomas as executive vice
president of public finance, charged with growing FTN Financial’s
public finance presence in strategic markets and sectors across the
United States. Thomas has more than 15 years of experience in
public finance, with significant transaction experience. On a
national scale, he has led transactions across a variety of sectors
and levels of municipal issuers. Joining Thomas at FTN Financial in
Texas are Kirk London, Randy Reid, Peter Lamar and Lizzeth Gamboa.
In addition, in New York, John Feery has joined the underwriting
team focusing on negotiated underwriting on a national basis and
Vin Kurian and Michael Solomon join the municipal banking team.
