Commercial Credit, Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter
ended June 30, 2017 on a timely basis because the Company requires additional time to work with its auditors and legal counsel
to prepare and finalize the Form 10-Q. The Company anticipates that it will file the Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar
day following the prescribed filing date.

The
Company’s net loss for the three months ended June 30, 2017 is expected to increase by approximately $1.2 million or 67%
as compared with the net loss for the three months ended June 30, 2016. This is mainly caused by an increase in provision for
loan losses of approximately $2 million against a decrease in non-operating expense of approximately $550,000.
The
Company’s net loss for the six months ended June 30, 2017 is expected to increase by $ $2.8 million or 614% as compared
with the net loss for the six months ended June 30, 2016. This is mainly caused by an increase in provision for loan losses of
approximately $2 million against a decrease in reversal of provision for financial guarantee services of $672,000.
