Strong/MDI Screen Systems, a Ballantyne Strong Inc. (NYSE MKT: BTN) company announced today the appointment of Northmar Inc. as the regional representative firm for the Pacific Northwest. The sales territory covered by Northmar Inc. includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. Northmar Inc. will promote Strong/MDI’s line of custom projection screens for commercial applications by leveraging its long-standing relationships in the Pro AV industry in the region.

Since 1952 Northmar Inc. has been representing manufacturers of industrial and professional audio/video products. As one of the oldest rep firms in the Northwest, they have outstanding relationships throughout the territory. Bob Entrop Jr., the second-generation leader of the company, said, “We are thrilled to offer our customers the highest quality of custom screens for commercial A/V and high end residential spaces.
