Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
|
On May 24, 2017, Samson Oil and Gas USA,
Inc. (“Samson USA”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Samson Oil & Gas Limited (the “Company”), completed
the sale of 100% of Samson USA’s interest in the State GC Oil and Gas Field in Lea County, New Mexico pursuant to a Purchase
and Sale Agreement effective as of May 1, 2017 (the “Agreement”). The sale price was $1.2 million. The Agreement was
originally reported on the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”)
on May 15, 2017.
