Explanation of Responses:

(1)

The Form 3 filed on December 12, 2015 omitted 5,000 shares of Class A common stock that were beneficially owned as of November 22, 2015. This Form 3/A is being filed to correct the number of shares of Class A common stock that were beneficially owned as of such date from 89,424 to 94,424. No other change is made to the original Form 3. The number of shares of Class A common stock listed in Table I reflects beneficial ownership as of the time of the original Form 3 filing and has subsequently changed as reported in the Form 4 filed on December 27, 2016. As of May 25, 2017, the Reporting Person beneficially owns 99,441 shares of the Company's Class A common stock.
