Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 17, 2017, Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. (the “Company”) conducted a conference call during which its preliminary financial results for its first quarter ended April 1, 2017 were presented. A full transcript of the conference call (the “Transcript”) is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

The Transcript contains certain non-GAAP financial measures. A reconciliation of GAAP results and non-GAAP financial measures is available in the Company’s preliminary earnings release dated April 17, 2017, which is posted on the Company’s website and was included as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 17, 2017.
