Omega Announces Nineteenth Consecutive Increase in Its Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE:OHI) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.63 per share, increasing the quarterly common dividend by $0.01 per share over the previous quarter. The common stock dividend is payable Monday, May 15, 2017 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Monday, May 1, 2017.

Omega is a real estate investment trust investing in and providing financing to the long-term care industry. As of December 31, 2016, Omega has a portfolio of investments that includes approximately 1,000 properties located in 42 states and the United Kingdom and operated by 79 different operators.
