This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors
of the Company will be held at the Registered Office over Wednesday
and Thursday, April 12 and 13, 2017
to consider inter alia:
- The audited standalone financial statements of the Company as
per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and year
ending March 31, 2017;
- The audited consolidated financial statements of the Company
and its subsidiaries as per INDAS for the quarter and year ending
March 31, 2017;
- The audited consolidated financial statements of the Company
and its subsidiaries as per IFRS in INR for the quarter and year
ending March 31, 2017; and
- To recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year
ending March 31, 2017.
The financial results would be finally approved by the Board of
Directors on April 13, 2017.
Trading window closure
The Company will close the trading window in compliance with
SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations on March 16, 2017 and the trading window will open
on April 17, 2017.
Investors call
The Company will hold investor/analyst calls on April 13, 2017. During such calls, the management
will comment on the financial results for the quarter and year
ending March 31, 2017 and comment on
business outlook. Details of the calls will be published on the
Company's website in due course.
