Inc. (NYSE: SXC) announced today that it has engaged with Fluor
Corporation to provide maintenance and capital project services for
SunCoke's Domestic Coke facilities. Fluor brings over 100 years of
expertise in delivering robust maintenance contracting services and
will work alongside SunCoke employees at the Company's fleet of
modern cokemaking facilities.
Fluor is working with incumbent service providers at each
location to ensure a smooth transition in early March. This change
does not impact SunCoke employees.
