Item 4.01. Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant

	(i)	Subsequent to the resignation of the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, Scrudato & Co., PA as disclosed in the Company’s Form 8-K filed in December 2016, the Company has engaged Zia Masood Kiani & Co., CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS as the Company’s new independent registered public accounting firm effective February 10, 2017.

	(ii)	During the Company's fiscal years ended October 31, 2015 and 2014, the Company did not consult with Zia Masood Kiani & Co., CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS regarding any of the matters set forth in Items 304(a)(2)(i) and (ii) of Regulation S-K.
