TIER REIT Declares First Quarter 2017 Distribution

Schedules Fourth Quarter 2016 Earnings Release and Conference Call Dates

TIER REIT, Inc. (NYSE:TIER), a Dallas-based real estate investment trust, announced today that its board of directors has declared a cash distribution of $0.18 per share of common stock for the first quarter of 2017. The distribution will be paid on March 31, 2017 to stockholders of record on March 15, 2017.

Additionally, the Company has announced it will release its fourth quarter 2016 financial results on Monday, February 13, 2017, after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. A live audio webcast and conference call will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at 11:30 a.m. Eastern time/10:30 a.m. Central time. During the conference call, the Company's officers will review 2016 fourth quarter performance, discuss recent events and conduct a question-and-answer period.
