This convertible note payable is in the amount of $20,500 and covers amounts due to the outside director for accrued director's fees earned through September 15, 2016. The holder has the right to convert/exchange this note into/for shares of common stock on the basis of a value of per share equal to $0.007. There is no expiration date. This transaction has been previously disclosed on the Company's Form 10-Q on November 21, 2016, Footnote 8 - Notes Payable and Notes Payable - Related Parties.
