company today announced that Nasdaq has notified the company that
it has accepted Yulong Eco-Materials' plan to regain compliance
with its filing requirements set forth in Listing Rule 5250(c)(1)
for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market and has
granted the Company an extension through April 12, 2017 to file its
Form 10-K for the period ended June 30, 2016 and Form 10-Q for the
period ended September 30, 2016 (collectively, the "Delinquent
Filings"). The Company expects to file the Delinquent Filings
within the exception timeframe.
