Lori Hardwick, chief operating
officer, have been named to InvestmentNews' 2016 Women to
Watch list. The selections recognize each executive's success and
leadership, willingness to share their expertise with other women,
ability to affect change within the financial advisory industry,
and commitment to giving back to their communities.

Women to Watch honorees were selected by an eight-member
nominating committee from a pool of nearly 300 nominees. They will
be recognized at an awards luncheon on March
8, 2017 in New York.
Dolly is a member of Pershing's executive committee and BNY
Mellon's operating committee. Over her 25-year career at Pershing,
she held numerous leadership roles prior to becoming CEO in
February 2016. She was responsible
for the firm's managed investment business and Lockwood Advisors,
Inc., managed global operations, and served as chief operating
officer overseeing numerous internal and operational functions.
Dolly has served as chairperson of the Securities Industry and
Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Operations and Technology
Steering Committee and has served on cross-industry committees with
DTCC. In addition, she volunteers her time with the 30% Club
mentoring aspiring professional women.
Hardwick was named COO of BNY Mellon's Pershing in February 2016. She joined the firm from
Envestnet, where she held many roles in her nearly sixteen-year
career there, most recently serving as the company's group
president of advisory services, overseeing its enterprise
relationship management, institutional and global advisory sales,
strategic partnerships and practice management programs.
Hardwick is a member of The University of
Chicago Women's Business Group, is on the founding board of
Women of Wealth, and is the co-chair of a new Money Management
Institute initiative aimed at attracting applicants and promoting
career development for women in the advisory solutions
industry. She was also recently appointed to serve as a
Fellow to the Foreign Policy Association in New York.
